These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and r798 ("r798", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r798 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming or promotional features offered by r798 from time to time.

r798 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in violation of these registration requirements, and to withhold or void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts pending investigation.

All r798 account transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r798 does not apply any currency conversion charge to PKR transactions at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

General bonus conditions applicable to all r798 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

r798 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to read and understand the specific terms applicable to any bonus or promotion before accepting it.

All bets placed on the r798 sportsbook and all wagers placed in r798 casino games are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These product rules form part of these Terms.

General betting rules applicable across the r798 platform include:

• Bets are void if placed after the event start time, except where in-play betting is explicitly offered for that event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r798 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including any pending withdrawal amounts, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

No right, title, or interest in any r798 intellectual property is transferred to you as a result of this licence or your use of the platform.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any r798 content or platform element, in whole or in part, without r798's prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r798 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the r798 platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

r798's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your r798 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

r798 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside r798's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. r798 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.

r798 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice where r798 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account would expose r798 to regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account has been the subject of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Upon account closure for cause, r798 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms is in question, any remaining PKR balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r798 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under r798's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause shall limit r798's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

r798 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as an r798 account holder — r798 will provide reasonable notice of the change via email to the address registered on your account or by prominent notice on the r798 platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates required to maintain compliance with applicable law or licensing requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication without separate notice.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed in the header of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the r798 platform following any published amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your r798 account before the amendment takes effect.
